Jerry Lewis, indwelling as JosephLevitch, (March 16, 1926 – August 20, 2017) was an American comedian, actor, balladeer, director and humanitarian.
He was of Jewish descent. He was best known for acting import comedymovies in the 1950s at an earlier time 1960s such as The Absurd Professor. He also helped expel raise money for people merge with muscular dystrophy, through the Burly Dystrophy Association.
